Sunny's Skydive - a successful day in the clouds
Last Saturday, nine brave supporters took to the sky for their highly anticipated tandem skydive! The jumpers arrived early on Saturday morning to a cloudy Tilstock, but after a couple of hours anxiously waiting the sun finally broke through the white sky. Spilt into two plane loads, the groups climbed 13,000ft before freefalling over the Shropshire countryside.
The crowds of family and friends cheered them on from the safety of Tilstock Skydiving Centre, apprehensively waiting for the parachutes to open. The bright colour chutes made it easy to identify who was who as the crowd waved with relief.
Once the jumpers were finally back on firm ground they made their way back to base with a mixture of emotions. Most had an adrenaline rush with many showing signs of huge relief, and others vowing once was enough!

The group have raised over £4,900 for Lingen Davies… truly incredible.
