Abbeyfest Speciality Gin and Beer Festival

Abbeyfest looks to combine the electric atmosphere of a beer and gin festival with the comforts of the run up to Christmas, all under Shrewsbury Abbey’s iconic roof. 

We’ll be offering a specially selected array of beers and gins from independent brewers and distillers both local and further afield, a selection of food stalls, live music and a few other treats along the way. 

You can join us from 5pm-10pm on Friday 18th November and 2pm-10pm on Saturday 19th November.

The bars at Abbeyfest will use tokens as their currency; no monetary payment will be taken over the bars.

Instead, you will need to buy tokens from the cash desk and use these to buy your drinks. One token will be worth £2 and all drinks will be priced in multiples of £2…

For example:

Half Pint of Beer – £2

Gin & Tonic – £6

Beer Glass Admission – To include entry to the event, 1/2 pint branded beer glass, £2 drinks token and event brochure. You will still be able to purchase other drinks at the event. £12 (£15 on the door)

Gin Glass Admission – To include entry to the event, branded balloon gin glass, £6 drinks tokens and event brochure. You will still be able to purchase other drinks at the event. £17 (£20 on the door)

VIP Beer Glass Admission – To include fast track entry, VIP toilets, seating on the Chancel, table service to your seats, branded 1/2 pint beer glass, £10 drinks tokens, food token, event brochure. £50

VIP Gin Glass Admission – To include fast track entry, VIP toilets, seating on the Chancel, table service to your seats, branded balloon gin glass, £18 drinks tokens, food token, event brochure. £59
