At Lingen Davies Cancer Fund we have the best supporters.
After setting ourselves the goal of reaching £50,000 by the end of March to finally complete our appeal to fund the new CT Scanner for the Cancer Centre – we did it!!!
This new piece of kit will enable more patients to access a wider range of treatment options – potentially improving outcomes.
* It has improved functionalities allowing more cancer patients to be treated closer to home
* It is faster and more efficient allowing more people to be treated on a daily basis
* It will deliver more individualised treatment for patients, reduce the damage to healthy cells and decrease patient side-effects
It is a VITAL piece of kit and we are delighted we have delivered it for our community and those impacted by cancer throughout Shropshire, Telford & Wrekin, and Mid Wales.
