After careful consideration, the Trustees of Lingen Davies have taken the difficult decision to cancel our planned 2021 Shrewsbury Colour Run because it is unlikely that mass participation events will be allowed, and of course the safety of our supporters, volunteers and staff has to be our top priority.
Despite having to cancel our events programme last year due to the virus and now, again, in 2021, our work to support cancer patients is needed more than ever. Lingen Davies has continued to fund and support the delivery of cancer services in our area and we have an exciting pipeline of projects planned – but we need to continue to raise funds to make this happen. Our fundraising is therefore vital to providing the best possible cancer care for our community.
