Pedal the Borders 2022

17th July 2022

With the resounding success that was Pedal the Border 2021 still fresh in our minds, we’re already excited at the thought of seeing you take the countryside by storm once more! We’re delighted that the 2021 event has so far raised over £35,000 for our charity!

The good news is early bird places for PTB 2022 are now available – with two route options – the 100km or a shorter 50km for those who may not be as comfortable in the saddle! This will make the event more accessible whilst making sure we don’t lose out on the challenge aspect we know you all found so rewarding at this year’s event.

We are excited to once again, be working with Adrenaline Sporting Events to bring you Pedal the Borders 2022! Find out more about Adrenaline here.

Check out the 100km route here and the 50km route here.

Both routes will have some challenging aspects so we don’t recommend complete novices enter. You will receive a 10-12 week training plan to guide you to a good level of fitness, but please bear this in mind.

We’re encouraging individuals and teams to enter, and would love to have corporate teams involved too! A great team building exercise, as well as supporting local charity! Your entry fee will include:

  • Training Plan
  • Medical cover
  • Bike maintenance cover
  • On-the-road assistance
  • British cycling insurance
  • Finishing Medal
  • 2 x food and rest stops along the route
