Sound Baths with Marches Movement CIC

Join Marches Movement CIC for a gentle, restorative monthly sound bath in Ludlow in support of Lingen Davies. These sessions offer a calm and nurturing space to pause, rest and reset.

During a sound bath, you’ll be invited to lie down comfortably while being immersed in the
soothing tones of singing bowls, chimes and other therapeutic instruments. The sounds are
designed to support deep relaxation, helping to quiet the mind and settle the nervous system.

There is nothing you need to do, simply rest and receive.
Sound baths can be especially supportive if you are feeling stressed, fatigued or overwhelmed while navigating illness, treatment, recovery or caring responsibilities. Many people report improved sleep, a sense of emotional release and a feeling of gentle reconnection to themselves afterwards.

No experience is needed. You may sit or lie down, and you are welcome to move or step
outside at any time. These sessions are open to all except pregnant folk and those with
pacemakers, and are offered with sensitivity, inclusivity and care.
Mats, blankets and chairs are provided, please wear comfortable clothing and bring anything else you need to feel warm and supported.
