Soothe, Explore, Restore with Willow Hopkins

Oswestry, Online

A trio of workshops with Willow’s Wisdom 333 to navigate anxieties with self-soothing practices, instilling self-regulation, self-assurance, and intentional living.

There’s three workshops to choose from. Choose one, two, or all three – the choice is yours!

Soothe (Soften/Calming/Grounding):This 6 week workshop involves learning techniques to calm and regulate the nervous system, reduce stress, and manage intense emotions when feeling overwhelmed. Techniques include breathing exercises, grounding, self-compassion, and creating a sense of inner safety.

Explore (Curiosity/Processing/Self-Assurance):This 6 week workshop involves noticing, recognising, and understanding emotions in a steady, non-judgmental way. By focusing on understanding thoughts, feelings, and behaviours that are driving distress. Exploration through writing prompts and self expression, as a catalyst for self-assurance. No previous writing experience is required, as you will be guided gently to discover your own writing style.

Restore (Nourishing, Harmonious, Renewal):Set once a month over 5 months from September 2026 to January 2027, this seasonal intentional living workshop restores a sense of balance, initiative, and well-being after a period of stress or trauma. Reconnecting with oneself and nature. Embracing the value of flowing with the turning seasons. Seeking new ways to enjoy life during the colder months, learning how valuable inclement weather is to us as human beings.
