Gentle Chair Yoga with Wolf Yoga

Three 12-week blocks of Chair Yoga delivered by Maggie Nock of Wolf Yoga.

Benefits of chair yoga include:  

  • Focusing on breathwork, learning techniques to help with anxiety, depression, and stress.
  • Breathwork also supports the respiratory system and increases lung capacity
  • Supports emotional regulation
  • Supports communication as a shared experience
  • Shared vocalisation can bring a sense of peace and calm through mantras and humming
  • Allows us to be in the present
  • Energises meaning we’re ready to face the day
  • Calms the mind

Dates: Tuesdays, starting 7th April for 12 weeks, then the next series starts 14th July

Timings: 1pm – 3pm

Location: Bridgnorth Library, Listley Street, Bridgnorth, Shropshire WV16 4AW
