Gentle Chair Yoga with Wolf Yoga

Three 12-week blocks of Chair Yoga delivered by Maggie Nock of Wolf Yoga.
Benefits of chair yoga include:
- Focusing on breathwork, learning techniques to help with anxiety, depression, and stress.
- Breathwork also supports the respiratory system and increases lung capacity
- Supports emotional regulation
- Supports communication as a shared experience
- Shared vocalisation can bring a sense of peace and calm through mantras and humming
- Allows us to be in the present
- Energises meaning we’re ready to face the day
- Calms the mind
Dates: Tuesdays, starting 7th April for 12 weeks, then the next series starts 14th July
Timings: 1pm – 3pm
