Wellbeing Workshop: Restore and Reconnect
Oswestry
Reconnect through guided mindfulness, journaling prompts, and a nourishing guided outdoor walk, delivered by Jenna Ward Coaching & Wellbeing.
This workshop provides an opportunity for carers of a loved one living with a cancer diagnosis to take a pause, breathe, and reconnect with themselves in a safe, judgement-free, and compassionate space.
During these monthly sessions, certified Life Coach Jenna will guide you through a mindfulness practice to bring you to a feeling of calm and centredness.
Following this there will be journaling prompts to enable reflection and processing.
There will also be the optional opportunity to share with the group, reminding you that you’re not alone in your experience.
This workshop will conclude with a relaxing guided walk in the great outdoors*.
Location: Gatacre Sports Pavilion, Oswestry, SY11 1DR (What3Words: tall.spiking.clattered)
