Gentle Sound Bath sessions with Katy Groves from Find Joy in Your Journey for anyone affected by cancer.
This includes those with a diagnosis at any stage, individuals in recovery, as well as loved ones and support people aged 14+.
Sound baths use soothing frequencies created by instruments such as singing bowls, chimes, and other calming sound tools. These deeply relaxing sessions are designed to help reduce stress and anxiety, ease tension in the body, and support emotional wellbeing. Many people find the experience encourages better rest, mental clarity, and a greater sense of inner calm.
Alongside the relaxation, these sessions also offer a gentle and supportive space to connect with others who may be on a similar journey. There is no pressure to share, but many find comfort in simply being in the company of people who understand.
No previous experience is needed, and the sessions are suitable for most people. Everything is guided in a simple, accessible way, allowing you to relax comfortably and receive the sounds in your own way.
