Art with Heart

Mid Wales

A creative wellbeing programme delivered by Arts Connection – Cyswllt Celf across Powys for people living with and beyond cancer, their carers, and their family.

Across a series of friendly sessions in community venues around Powys, we’ll explore painting, creative writing, collage and simple group art projects.

You can join in as much or as little as feels right for you. Everything is gently guided by experienced facilitators who understand the value of creativity for wellbeing.

The sessions are free to attend, with all materials provided. They’re designed to offer space to express yourself, meet others who understand, and take time out from the pressures of appointments and everyday life. Many people find that being creative helps reduce stress, lift mood and rebuild confidence.

Whether you’re looking for connection, quiet reflection, or simply something different to try, Art with Heart offers a supportive space to create, share and feel part of a community.
