We are Lingen Davies Cancer Fund; we exist to make a positive difference to lives affected by cancer in Shropshire, Telford & Wrekin & Mid Wales.
We rely on the generosity of our supporters...
We’re looking for a friendly, enthusiastic Charity Administrator to help our office to run smoothly and ensure our supporters and visitors receive the best possible service. We are exceptionally lucky to have a strong base of support in our community, and this continues to grow. We pride ourselves on building great relationships with our supporters, and this role will be a key one in maintaining these.
As our support grows, our number of visitors, and of donations, increases! It is, of course, vital that donations are processed accurately, and that donors are recognised appropriately for their contributions. Visitors must be made welcome, and their questions answered in a friendly and efficient manner.
Our new Charity Administrator will be a key part of the office team, based on one of our reception desks and responsible for providing exceptional customer service as well as completing a range of administrative tasks to support the work of the Fundraising Office.
They will be friendly, adaptable and able to work without direct supervision. They will have a strong eye for details, excellent IT skills and a genuine interest in helping us support people with cancer in our community.
For an informal conversation about the role please contact Louise Dawson, Operations Manager on email@example.com
The Job Description, Person Specification and Application form can be found at the bottom of this post.
